How it works:
1) Choose your size: 8 x 8 inch, 10 x 10 inch (most popular), 12 x 12 inch and whether or not you want it to come with one 4 x 4 inch (10.16 x 10.16 cm) matching heart. See images for examples.
2) Upon receiving your order, I will reach out to you via EMAIL to inquire about the following: background and edge color, glitter type, flower color and how you would like the colors to be arranged. See images for examples. Please allow 1-2 days to hear from me. If you do not hear from me within 2 days, please contact me at jmdenis@nellestudios.ca.
3) I will send you a confirmation email and approximate completion date prior to working on your custom hydrangea skull. I work on these in the order they come in.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for custom paintings to be completed and ready for shipping. Shipping time is additional to production. If you have a certain date you need your painting by, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

All orders are hand packaged and shipped by Nelle Studios. See Shipping Policy for more info and processing times.
Prints in acid free protective sleeves and shipped in rigid mailers or tubes depending on size.
Sticker orders are put into acid free protective sleeves and shipped in a standard kraft envelope.
Original paintings are sent in a cardboard box and padded with either foam or bubble wrap.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Nelle Studios is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for contacting their local customs office to locate any held packages.
